LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
For all customers, we will not be held responsible for stolen or lost parcels. Please see shipping FAQ below to see specific times and shipping methods for domestic and international.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are outside of the The Netherlands please be aware if your country has an import tax. Your items may be held at customs if you do not pay and that could be why you have not received an item yet. It is your responsibility to know the import price/rules for your country, these custom fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
PERSONAL DELIVERY BY THE RUMAH B.V.
This is only for any package within the region of Rotterdam, The Nederlands. (no packaging costs)
Order before 16:00 and the package will be delivered on the same day. We will contact you as soon as possible. (deliveries between 17:00 till 23:00)

SHIPPING
Please ensure your address is correct. We cannot be held responsible if you provided the wrong address and it's shipped there.
Within The Netherlands: We ship POSTNL which includes a tracking number and can take 1-7 business days once shipped.
Postal packages with track and trace
- Packages that fit the mailbox. 6,95 incl packaging
- Packages that does not fit the mailbox 8,95 incl packing
UK: All items shipped First Class. If your tracking has not been updated, please enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail website.
International Orders: All items are sent First Class. There is limited tracking but no guaranteed delivery date. It can take 7-21 business days to reach you once shipped. Sometimes it takes a few days to show up in the USPS international tracking system and not all countries keep this information updated.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If you believe your order is lost or stolen, please contact us.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All items (will have a two week period after delivery where they are able to be returned for a refund or exchanged. The customer will pay for shipping both ways. This only counts for non food or beverage type of products.
Please make sure your address is correct. If items are shipped to the wrong location, no refunds or replacement shipments are available.
